November 2014 NLE: Performance of Cebu Schools

Cebu Nursing Schools did very well in the November 2014 Nursing Licensure Examinations. Overall, Cebu Schools produced 648 newly licensed nurses.  The total passing percentage for Cebu schools for this exam is 60.8% which is higher than the national average of 57.3%.  Cebu Doctor’s University had the best passing rate among schools in Cebu that has at least 10 takers. CDU had a passing rate of 94.1%. University of Cebu-Banilad has once again produced the most number of passers just like in the May 2014 NLE. UC-Banilad had 119 passers followed by CDU with 112 and University of San Carlos with 104. Here are the performance of Cebu Nursing Schools for the November 2014 NLE:

Cebu Doctor’s University had an impressive 98% passing rate for first time takers with only 2 of their 102 examinees failing to hurdle the exams.  UC-Banilad had 99 repeaters finally becoming registered nurses.  Vizmarc Valles Santos of USJ-R placed 9th in the exam to be the lone topnotcher from Cebu.
