After ravishing the Bicol Region, Southern Luzon, and Metro Manila, Typhoon Glenda is exiting Luzon towards the West Philippines Sea. In PAGASA’s latest bulletin, signal No.3 is up in most provinces in Central Luzon and Metro Manila.

The typhoon packs winds of 140 kph with gustiness reaching up to 170 kph. It is moving 25 kph in a Northwest direction.
Typhoon Glenda brought rains Luzon and many parts of the Cebu. In Cebu, classes were suspended in some schools and the island experienced a very rainy weather.
