Typhoon Watch: Santi is now a full blown Typhoon

Santi has been upgraded to a typhoon and based on PAGASA‘s latest weather bulletin, it now packs 105 kmh winds near the center with gustiness of 135 kmh.  It is projected to move westward at 15 kmh.  It will make landfall in Luzon by Saturday morning.   Moderate to intense rains are expected within a 250 km radius.  Public Storm Warning Signal No.2 is raised in several provinces already. People living in coastal areas in the Eastern seaboard of Luzon are alerted for possible flashfloods and landslides. Sea travel is also discouraged.
