Typhoon “PABLO” has further weakened as it continues to move towards Northern Palawan.

Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center
and gustiness of up to 160 kph
Movement: West Northwest at 24 kph

PAGASA has downgraded its storm signals in their first weather bulletin for December 5, 2012.  Only Notrthern Palawan is now under storm signal No. 3. Signal No. 2 is hoisted in the rest of Palawan, Antique, Iloilo, Guimaras, Bohol, Siquijor, Southern Cebu, Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental.  Cebu is now under signal No. 1.

Pablo is expected to be out of the country by tomorrow.
