Here are the upcoming events at SM City Cebu this month.
  1. July 13 · 14 · 15  3 DAY SALE – Get as much as 70% Off on Selected Items. Mall Hours 10 AM to 10 PM
  2. July 13 5PM Jimmy Bondoc Mini concert at the Northwing Atrium. Enjoy shopping while listening to romantic songs sang by Jimmy Bondoc.
  3. July 14 GMA Kapuso Mall Show – Come and have fun with your favorite GMA 7 stars bannered by Alden Richards, Louis De los Reyes and Kris Lawrence. Show starts at 4PM at the Event Centre.
  4. July 15 2PM Meet & Greet David Cook.  American Idol Season 7 winner David Cook will be in Cebu for a concert. If you just want to see him, head to SM Northwing Atrium on the second Sunday of July.
  5. July 28 2PM Myphone Dance Teenvasion. A dance contest for groups of 8-10 people aged 13-18 year old. Interested participants are invited to register at the Mall Administration Office.

2012 World Pool Team Championship Day 2: Philippines beat Estonia, 5-1

Beijing, China – The Philippine quartet made up of Efren Reyes, Francisco Bustamante, Dennis Orcullo, and Cebuana Rubilen Amit had an easy 5-1 victory over Team Estonia who were made up of Erki Erm, Joonas Saska, Mark Magi, Anna Grintosuk in the 2012 World Pool Team Championship.  The Philippine team will next face Croatia who were blanked by Indonesia, 6-0.

After Day 2, only 7 of the 24 teams have a perfect 6 points . Aside from Team Philippines; China-1, China-2, Chinese-Taipei, Japan, holders Great Britain, and South Korea remained undefeated in the tournament. The top prize of the tournament is $80,000 while the runner-up will get $40,000.

Cebuanos Kim Chiu, Shaina Magdayao, Enrique Gil, and Matteo Guidicelli among Yes! Magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful Stars of 2012

It is time of the year when magazines come out with lists on the most beautiful, most sexy or most eligible celebrities in the country. Yes! Magazine revealed its list of the 100 Most Beautiful Stars of 2012 in its July 2012 issue which was launched earlier this week. Topping this year’s Yes! 100 Most Beautiful Stars is ABS-CBN star Anne Curtis. Among the 100 are some Cebuanos like Kim Chiu, Shaina Magdayao, Enrique Gil, and Matteo Guidecelli.  Cebuana Annabelle Rama’s son Raymund Gutierrez is also in the list.
