Tropical depression RAMON is moving to the West Philippine Sea. At 4 a.m., the center was located to be 80 km West Northwest of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. There are still a few places that are under public storm signal No.1.
In Cebu, the sun has come out and the sky is clear but the whole country should expect some cloudy skies and occasional rains brought by Ramon. Bring your umbrellas if you plan to go out today.
