It has been a few years already since the “condo boom” in Cebu started. Federal recently entered the condo market with its Marco Polo Residences. The local players are not to be outdone with the introduction of projects like Baseline Residences, Asia Premier Residences, City Loft, One Pavilion Place, Horizons 101, and many more.
The condo pie is Cebu is getting bigger every year and the Cebuanos are accepting condominiums as viable piece of real estate and investment. The recent years also marked the increase of the Cebu population due to the availability of jobs in the island.
